Terms of use
Pending organisation review. This is a working draft and has not yet been approved by the organisation's data protection lead or legal advisers. It must not be relied upon as a final policy.
01Version
Terms version: 2026-11-02-draft-2. This version is recorded when you accept these terms during registration.
02Access
After verifying your email, you may enrol in open courses without administrator approval. Restricted courses require an administrator assignment or a valid access code. Course prerequisites still apply. Access may be withdrawn at the organisation's discretion.
03Your account
Keep your password private and do not share your login. Assessments must be completed by you personally and without assistance.
04Accuracy of records
Your name as it appears on your profile will be used on any certificate issued. Changing your name later does not change certificates already issued; an administrator can reissue if needed.
05Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass security controls, copy course material for redistribution, or interfere with the platform.
06Changes
These terms are a draft and will be updated once reviewed by the organisation.
