01Who we are
This platform delivers aviation security and safety training for a single organisation. The organisation is the data controller for personal data processed here. Contact details for the data protection lead will be added once confirmed.
02What we collect
When you register we collect your first name, last name, company or organisation, email address, job role or title, airport, location or site, and a securely hashed password. We record the terms version you accept and the date and time of acceptance, when you registered, verified your email, and when an administrator approved or rejected your account.
03Why we collect it
We use this information to operate your account, deliver training, and keep training records that may be required for regulated aviation security purposes. The precise lawful basis for each purpose is pending confirmation by the organisation.
04Public certificate validation
When certificates are introduced, certificate details (your name, the course name and the relevant dates) will be publicly verifiable by anyone who has the certificate ID. Your email address, score and organisation will not be shown.
05Retention
Regulated training records may need to be kept for a defined period after certificate expiry or after you leave. The retention period is to be confirmed against current regulatory requirements.
06Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal requirement to retain regulated training records. A contact route for requests will be published here.
